Judges Comments

The new 260m long lattice structures to support the runway approach lights in Nuuk Airport are an example of structural optimization and reduction of environment impact. This new structure was built to facilitate the development of Greenland due to the increase in the air traffic using Nuuk Airport, and is a light weight, low carbon solution with easy maintenance.
