A pioneering strengthening scheme for the Guiniguada Viaduct, combining internal works with a unique under-deck extradosed system to compensate irreversible loss of internal prestressing. Executed under strict geometric and operational constraints, the intervention restored full structural performance while maintaining traffic and ensuring the long-term resilience of this key infrastructure.
