Construction Methods and Processes Objectives Commission 4 organizes and promotes activities contributing to deeper understanding and best practices in construction methods and processes for any type of structure. Previous Field of Activity In the term 2018 – 2024 C4 was active in preparing the IABSE Bulletins - Special Publications SP1, Bridge Construction Methods Essentials and Critical Lessons, which is a comprehensive guideline for best practices related to bridge construction methods and processes. The document can be downloaded from the IABSE store: Special Publications SP1 Presently, C4 is being reformed and will include a number of task groups related to topical construction methods and processes. Any interest in joining C4 and forming a task groups is very welcome.
