To raise awareness among the scientific community in Russia about IABSE, the Russian National Group, is holding a Welcome Seminar. At this seminar, the NG team plans to inform others more about IABSE and about the relaunching of the National Group, as well as make scientific and practical presentations. Several foreign delegates from IABSE, including Jose Matos, Vice President, are already planning to participate remotely.
