The Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center / PEER is organizing the 19th World Conference on Seismic Isolation, Energy Dissipation and Active Vibration Control of Structures (in short, 19WCSI) at UC Berkeley, on 15-19 September 2025. This biennial conference is a key activity of ASSISi, the international society committed to the advancement and promotion of seismic isolation and energy dissipation technologies. The WCSI conference series started in 1989 in San Francisco, and with 19WCSI returns to the Bay Area first the first time in 36 years.

6^th INFRASTAR Training School

The 6th Infrastar training school will take place at Gustave Eiffel University, Nantes campus, on 24-28 November 2025.

The Infrastar training school aims to provide lectures and hands-on trainings to Master and PhD students, early-stage researchers, young professionals in order to be well aware of all aspects of asset management of civil infrastructures with respect to fatigue of materials, i.e. to put each individual work into perspective. The participants will get additional knowledge about their own field but also about what is performed beforehand and afterwards.
