Sponsorship and Registration

Registration

Registration includes access to the Opening and Closing Ceremony, all Parallel/Technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Entry to the onsite Congress, Commercial Exhibition, Delegate Bag, Congress Proceeding, Lunches and Coffee Breaks. A Young Engineer’s registration includes a one-year IABSE Membership. All prices are tax exclusive. We understand that circumstances may change. At any point prior to the event, you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund, less a service fee will be issued if the event gets cancelled.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to register by June 30, 2023, in order to have their papers published and presented.

Confirmation of Registration

Receipts will be issued within 10 days to the email address provided during online registration for all payments received.

  • Spouse tours available (on payment)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name & registration no.) and send to congress@ingiabse.org

Cancellations of registration or tours must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat congress@ingiabse.org.

Those who have completed cancellations by July 31, 2023 will receive a full refund of the registration fees deducting the service tax. After August 1, 2023, no refund will be issued. To those who have cancelled after July 31, the delegate bag, Final Programme and Congress Report with Pen Drive will be mailed after the Congress.

  • Until 31 July 2023 – full refund, less 10% administrative fee will be issued
  • From 1 August 2023 - no refund will be issued. However Delegate bag, Final Programme and Congress Report with Pen Drive will be mailed after the Congress.


Covid-19 Policy:

If the Congress is postponed due to COVID-19 or similar reason with government orders then the registration fees already paid will be kept for the next dates when ING-IABSE Congress will be organized

Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities

A large exhibition space with all facilities for having stalls and spaces will be available to display various products, machinery, software & company profiles. Green products and innovative sustainable enhancing products will be especially encouraged. The details of this will be made available in a separate exhibition & sponsorship brochure.
