IABSE Workshop Shanghai 2009 - Recent Major Bridges
The IABSE Workshop Shanghai 2009 and Chinese Bridge Tour, organised by the Chinese Group of IABSE, Tongji University and the China Civil Engineering Society, was held on May 11-20, 2009.

The Workshop 'Recent Major Bridges' included recent development and critical problems related to design, construction, management and assessment of major bridges from around the world and presented examples of the state of the art in design and construction of major bridges in China. It was followed by a 8 or 3 days Bridge Tour, at which the most important bridges built recently in China, were visited, including the Lupu Bridge.
