IABSE Members
IABSE Members receive the quarterly printed issues of SEI and have online access to all articles of the current issue and all back issues of SEI. Online access is available via the Members Area of this website.
SEI Subscribers
Subscribers receive the quarterly printed issues of SEI and have online access to all arcitles of the current issue and all back issues of SEI. A subscription for one year starts on January 1 and ends on December 31. Before the first use of the online service, subscribers have to activate their access, by registering online with 'IngentaConnect':

Pay per view
Single technical articles of SEI can be purchased online. To make use of the pay per view service, a one time registration with 'IngentaConnect' is necessary.
To purchase an article go to Structural Engineering International at 'IngentaConnect' and select the desired volume and article, by using the shopping cart. After completion of purchase details, the article(s) can be downloaded.
