Receipts and Confirmation of Payment
Official receipts will be available on site during registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of registration or tours must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Cancellations received by the Secretariat before August 8, 2009 will receive a full refund less 50€ administrative fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after August 8, 2009. However, the delegate package will be mailed to the cancelling participant after the Symposium. Reimbursement will be done according to the original mode of
payment.

Letters of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the symposium should contact the symposium secretariat in Bangkok. The invitation does not financially obligate the symposium organisers in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Banking costs
Any charges applied by the sending band are to be paid by the participants.
