Registration

Registration is to be performed by submitting the completed Registration Form (together with receipt of payment) by fax +385 1 46 39 632 or by e-mail Dubrovnik-2010@grad.hr  to the Conference Secretariat. Presenters of accepted papers are expected to register prior to February 28, in order to have their papers published.

Payment
For bank transfers: a copy of the bank transfer record must accompany the Conference Registration Form. Personal Cheques will not be accepted. Confirmation of Registration
On receipt of your Registration Form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a Confirmation Letter via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of conference registration, social tours and events must be made in writing to the following address: SECON HDGK, Berislavićeva 6, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Cancellations received prior to Friday, April 2, 2010 will receive a full refund of the registration fees minus an administration charge of 50 EUR. The refund will be paid after the Conference.  After April 2, 2010, no refund will be issued. However, the delegate bag, Final Programme, and Conference Report with CD will be mailed to each participant who cancelled after April 2, 2010.

Registration and Information Desk
The Registration and Information Desk, located at the ground floor of the Croatia Hotel will be open on the day before and throughout the Conference. Attendees will also be able to register for technical and social tours, and social events. Our staff at the Registration Desk will be pleased to assist you with all your enquiries.

Name Badges
The Name Badges will be given to all the delegates and accompanying persons with their delegate bags. It is required that all delegates wear their badge at all times including for social events. Entry tickets will be provided for all social and optional events.

Letters of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain visa and authorisation to attend the Conference should contact the Conference Secretariat at Dubrovnik-2010@grad.hr. Please include complete contact information including your address in your request. The invitation does not financially engage the Conference organisers; all expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Travel Visas and Passports
Foreign participants travelling to Croatia are encouraged to find out if a passport and visa are required as early as possible, by visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration . It is recommended that you include a copy of the invitation to the Joint 2010 IABSE-fib Conference with your visa application.
