Following on from our recent work on the bridge and ramp structures for the Doha Orbital Highway 3rd Contract, we are looking to continue to grow our Croydon based team and are looking for a Principal Bridge Engineer with expertise in post-tensioned concrete bridge structures.

What will you be getting up to?
You’ll be right in the thick of things. Designing and assessing various bridge structures, you’ll have the opportunity to lead sections of the design or act as project manager. We’re looking for someone that has specialist skills in post-tensioned concrete design with an emphasis on pre-cast segmental construction. It doesn’t stop there. We believe collaboration is key, so you’ll be the connection between us and our clients, communicating with them regularly to make sure they are continually kept in the loop.

So, have you got what it takes to help us bridge the gap?
If you have experience in both the design and build phases for post-tensioned concrete bridge structures with the ability to lead teams, then this could be just the role for you. As well as being an accomplished principal engineer within the bridges industry, you’ll also need to have:

         A degree in civil or structural engineering (honours or equivalent)
         Chartership with (ideally) a UK professional body
         Familiarity with Eurocodes BS5400/AASHTO
